Easy circular track near the beautiful Wanaka lake.
The track starts and ends at the ample parking from where you get access to the Mount Iron Scenic Reserve.
Walking clockwise you will get to the Mount Iron summit in about 2 Km of easy walking and also not too steep. From the summit you can enjoy nice views of Wanaka and the lake.
Coming down is a bit steeper since it goes down in only about 1.3 Km and from there to the parking there is another 1.3 Km completely flat.
